Phillipsburg resident Allen Edward Simmons passed away on September 11, 2022, at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney, Nebraska, at the age of 75.
He was born August 14, 1947, the son of Albert and Marie (Cox) Simmons.
Survivors include brothers Raymond Simmons of Great Bend, Kansas, and Bob Simmonds and wife Jo Ann of Goodland, Kansas, and sister Eleanor Simmons of Phillipsburg, Kansas, and Niece Mary Feemster and husband Frank of Ellinwood, Kansas.
Cremation was planned. A graveside service will be held Saturday, September 24, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. in the Marvin Cemetery, Glade, Kansas.
Memorial contributions may be made to the United Methodist Church or the Phillipsburg City Library.
