Frank Wayne Moore (a.k.a Pops and Franky)was born August 26, 1955 in Toppenish, Washington to parents Herbert Moore and Segrid Kesti Moore. He passed away Monday, April 8th at CHI Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney, NE surrounded by family. Frank was preceded in death by both parents. Frank is survived by his loving wife and caregiver Diane Carpenter, his sister’s Arline Moore (Will Stuivenga), and Kathleen Cook (Ken Cook), children Julie (Erica), Nick (Amanda), Chelsea (Clarence) and Cassie (Tim), grandchildren John, Marcus, Janae, Julien, Clarence, Elizabeth, Everett, Audrey, Lola and Charli.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the United Methodist Church in Alton, KS on Saturday, April 20th at 2:00pm
