Jacob Oliver Stoffel, 27, Hays, was arrested at 4 a.m. July 9 on suspicion of criminal threat and criminal trespass.

Emily Ann LaBarge, 29, Hays, was arrested at 1:33 p.m. July 11 on suspicion of theft by deception, forgery, and drug possession.

Timothy Michael Weatherbie, 47, Hays, was arrested at 12:42 p.m. July 11 on suspicion of violation of a protection order.

Danny T. Lara, 53, Hays, was arrested at 2:03 a.m. July 13 on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

River Anthony Moreno, 26, Hays, was arrested at 1:31 p.m. July 13 on suspicion of vehicle burglary, theft of property/services, criminal use of a financial card, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deunte Deshawn Joseph, 25, Hays, was arrested at 2:27 a.m. July 14 on suspicion of criminal threat and battery.

Bradley James Hill, 18, Hays, was arrested at 12:48 p.m. July 14 on suspicion of theft of property or services and contributing to child misconduct.

Noel Morales, 60, Hays, was arrested at 5:05 p.m. July 14 on suspicion of criminal threat.

Garret  Thomas Watkins, 29, Hays, was arrested at 7:39 p.m. July 14 on suspicion of domestic battery and robbery.

Patsy Ann Mitchell, 69, Hays, was arrested at 11:05 p.m. July 14 on suspicion of domestic battery.

Michael James Gabrilski, 34, Hays, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. July 14 on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol, interference of a law enforcement officer, battery of a law enforcement officer, and aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer.

Desiree Faith Parker, 25, Hays, was arrested at 2:25 a.m. July 15 on suspicion of domestic battery and criminal damage to property.

Matthew Cale Jordan, 30, Hays, was arrested at 3:23 a.m. July 15 on suspicion of stimulant distribution within 1,000 ft. of a school, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
