JoAnn Streeter Glasse entered into the presence of Jesus, her Lord and Savior, on Monday, February 12th, 2024.
Born on September 04, 1932, to William and Kathryn Streeter in Scott City, KS. She married Maurice (Tad) Glasse on August 13, 1952.
She is survived by her 4 daughters Kathryn (Fred) Askren, Lisa (Tony) Harris, Toni (Ken) Horton, and Jennifer Quinn. As well as 14 grandchildren: Nathan Askren, Ben (Rhiannon) Harris, Nicholas Askren, Cale (Roxanne) Quinn, Maegan (Clayton) Berry, Cory (Melissa) Quinn, Trisha (Mike) Coffey, Chandra (Justin) Fisher, Rick (Ashley) Horton, Cameron Quinn, Chandler Quinn, Matt (Aubrey) Horton, Aubriana (Matt) Schneider, and Alec (Molly) Horton. As well as 22 great-grandchildren and 1 sister, Marlene Richmeier.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Tad, parents, 2 sisters (Ruthella Wagner and Twila McKinley), and 2 brothers (W.H. (Bill) and Albert Streeter).
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 15, 2024, at the First Christian Church in Garden City, Kansas with Rev. Steve Ensz officiating. A Private family burial will take place at Valley View Cemetery in Garden City. There will be no calling hours. The family suggests memorials given to the Kansas City Hospice House or to Gideons International, both in care of Garnand Funeral Home of Garden City.
