Clay is survived by his father and mother, Kevin and Michelle Rose of Great Bend; two sisters, Sarah Rose of Great Bend, and Savannah Rose of Dallas, Texas; his four “Helga’s” (nieces), Kayli Shull, Kynli Shull, Kortny Shull, and Kamry Shull, all of Great Bend; his grandmother, Janice Rose  and grandparents, Lionel “Bud” and Linda Brungardt all of Great Bend; his aunts and uncles, Kevin and Cindy Brungardt of Cunningham, Chris and Ron Gilley of Medicine Lodge, Donelle Brungardt of Great Bend, Mark Brungardt of Medicine Lodge, Karen and Steve Thier of Plano, Texas, and Keith and Kathryn Rose of Lee’s Summit, Missouri; and many loving cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Elmer Rose; a grandmother, Dolores Brungardt; and great-grandparents, Sylvester and Betty Brungardt, Mike and Catherine Boxler and Edwin and Ruth Fischer.
