January 19, 1950 - November 9, 2023

Roberta (Bobbie) Sue Rehor, 73, Goodland, Kansas resident, passed away on November 9, 2023, in Goodland, Kansas. Bobbie was born to George and Elaine McCall Bear on January 19, 1950, in Goodland.

Bobbie grew up on a farm north of Brewster and graduated from Brewster High School in 1968.  She then attended Northwest Kansas Vo-Tech for a year and received her license in cosmetology.

It was during this year she met Joe Rehor and united in marriage on August 23, 1969.  To this union they had two children, Julie and Kevin.

Shortly in the marriage, Joe was called to serve in the Army in Germany, in which Bobbie and year-old Julie lived in Germany during Joe’s duty.  After returning to the United States, Bobbie became a farm wife and homemaker taking care of the children while helping on the family farm in Joes, Colorado.  Bobbie practiced cosmetology from her home and spent time in her garden and canning.  She also belonged to the Sunshine Club and she participated in community services in the Joes and Kirk area.

After divorcing in 1991, Bobbie lived in Denver for a short time and then moved to Goodland to be near her family.  She worked several jobs and then became a medical record assistant at Goodland Regional Medical Center for 17 years where she took great pride in her work and assisting the patients.

After leaving her job at the hospital, she filled her time with following her grandkids in all their activities, watching the Broncos, and participating in bowling and dart leagues in Goodland.  She also enjoyed attending single dances where she enjoyed dancing. She was also a member of the VFW Auxiliary 1133 in Goodland where she enjoyed the gatherings and volunteering.   Bobbie made some great friends through all her activities.  Those that knew Bobbie knew her as a joyful and sweet lady that would do anything for anyone.  Bobbie was a strong person that never let her illness keep her from doing what she wanted to do.

She was proceeded in death by her parents and brother Gary Bear.

Bobbie is survived by her daughter, Julie Crow (Melvin) of Goodland, grandsons Manten (girlfriend Emma) and Jarek, son Kevin Rehor of Windsor, Colorado, three granddaughters, Storm Rehor, Tori Marshall, and Kenzie Rehor, three great grandchildren, one sister Cinda Speakman of Colorado and a brother Kermit Bear (Claudette) of Bird City, Kansas.
