Donna G. Farr passed away on Sunday, August 18, 2024 at the Hays Medical Center in Hays, KS at the age of 71.

She was born on April 25, 1953 in Lexington, NE the daughter of Fred and Mabel Jessie (Sheldon) Newton.

Donna was united in marriage to Alfred E. Farr on March 1, 1981 in McCook, NE. &nbsp;He survives.

Other survivors include her son Dustin of Plattsburg, MO; sister Lois Runion of Phillipsburg; and 5 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Thursday, August 22, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. in the First Christian Church, Phillipsburg, with Pastor LeRoy Herder officiating. &nbsp;Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery, Phillipsburg.

Mrs. Farr will lie in state from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesday at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg, with the family receiving friends for visitation Wednesday evening from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m.

Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or the American Heart Association.
