 Kent was born the son of DeWayne &amp; Elva (Brown) Palmer on March 6, 1944, in Russell County, KS.
 He is survived by his wife Ann of the home; daughters Megan (Darin) 
Gronewoller of Beloit, Meredith (Brian) Ney of Olathe, KS, Marley (Mark)
 McCormick of Merriam, KS; a brother Keith (Linda) Palmer of Bucyrus, 
KS; 8 grandchildren.&nbsp;
