Letha Mae Babcock, age 90, died on January 15, 2024, at Grisell Memorial Hospital, Ransom, Kansas.&nbsp; She was born on December 12, 1933, in Hugoton, Kansas the daughter of Isaac and Eunice (Hawk) Harvey.
