Garden City- Van Thi Tran, 78, died on Friday, April 19, 2024 at Hays Medical Center in Hays. She was born on May 10, 1945 in Viet Nam. She married Diep Hong Vo in Viet Nam. He died on February 19, 2024.

Van graduated high school in Viet Nam. She immigrated to Garden City in December of 1991. She was a member of the Catholic Faith and took the name “Anna Marie” as her baptism name. She enjoyed drawing and had a huge collection of pictures she had drawn. She also enjoyed embroidery and cooking.

She is survived by her Children- Hana Thi Hong Vo of Westminster, California and Phuong Hong Vo of Garden City, 4 Grandchildren and 4 siblings, 1 in Viet Nam, 1 in France and 2 in Canada. She is preceded in death by her Parents, Husband and 1 sister.

Visitation will be from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM Tuesday with Funeral Service at 10:00 AM at Garnand Funeral Home with Rev Peter Tran and Rev Louis Truong officiating.
