Wanda Jane Brault

Wanda Jane Brault passed away peacefully at Golden Years Personal Care in Port Angeles, Washington, on May 14, 2022. She was 91.

 A Memorial Mass will take place June 4, 2022, at 1:30 PM at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Damar, Kansas, She will be inurned at St. Joseph Cemetery.  Reception to follow immediately at St. Joseph catholic church.

Wanda was born November 7, 1930, in Stockton, Kansas, one of six children to Raymond  andDorilda (Manny) LaBarge. She was raised in Damar, Kansas, and resided mostly in Missoula, Montana. She moved to Washington’s Olympic Peninsula in 2015 to be closer to her son, Kelly.

Wanda worked as a beautician for much of her life, but her family was always her true passion.  She loved to play pinochle and she was an incredible gardener.  

Wanda is survived by her son Kelly (Debby) Brault; sisters Delores Newell, Marilyn (John) Zimmerman and Barbara LaBarge Duran and her brother Eldon (Karen) LaBarge. Other survivors include six grandchildren Michael (Amy) Brault, Alicia (Jason) Felix, Kimberly Brault, Kristin (Donny) Shepard, Keyara Brault, Christopher (Liz) Brault and four great grandchildren Parkar Anderson, Stryker Felix, Nicholas Shepard and Eliana Brault.

 She was preceded in death by her parents Raymond and Dorilda LaBarge; husband Raymond Brault; sons Mark and Alan Brault and her brother Adelore LaBarge.

 Memorial contributions in Wanda’s name may be made to any local animal shelter or area food bank.
