Carol A. Seaman, 64, of Topeka, passed away June 4th, 2023.
Carol Annetta Seaman was born on July 24, 1958, in Belleville, Kansas, to Anthony A. and Alica A. (Runft) Seamn. She passed away at her home in Topeka, Kansas, on June 4, 2023, at the age of 64 years, 10 months, and 11 days.
Carol attended school in Belleville, graduating from Belleville High School. She then went on to attend Emporia State University.
Following college, Carol started working for AT&T in Kansas City, before transferring to AT&T in Georgia.
Later, Carol returned home to Belleville for a brief period before she moved to Topeka, where she began working for the state of Kansas, where she was employed for over 16 years.
In her free time, Carol enjoyed crocheting and knitting, and spending time with family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Anthony and Alice. S
he is survived by her brother Thomas Seaman and his significant other Vickie Hoffee of Fairfield, Illinois, many cousins and extended family, and friends.
Graveside memorial services will be Friday, June 30th, 2023, at 1:00 p.m., at the Belleville City Cemetery, with Pastor Craig Roberts officiating. Following the services, the family will greet friends at a reception and the First Baptist Church in Belleville.
Memorials are requested to the First Baptist Church of Belleville, and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
