Judy Mae Berg (Perry) 81, passed away Thursday, January 5, 2023, at her home in Goodland, KS.
Judy was born on November 3, 1941, in Denver, CO to Walt and Wilma Perry. Lived and went to school in the Denver area and graduated from Westminster HS in 1959. Judy married Bob Berg on Christmas Eve 1975 in Denver. They moved to Goodland in January 1976.
Judy worked for the SRS office in Goodland until January 1980 when they were transferred to Tucumcari, NM. While in Tucumcari she was the director for the Eastern New Mexico Rehab Services for the handicap until April of 1984 when they were transferred to Columbus, OH. Moved back to Goodland in 1995.
Judy loved working with people and treated people like she liked to be treated. Always had a joke and good work for everyone.
She is survived by her husband and four children: Tim Pacello of Goodland, KS, Vickie Edward of Denver, CO. Robert (Terrie) Berg of Canon City, CO, and Jamie (Randy) Weigand of Centennial, CO, and five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents, one sister and brother.
Judy loved spring and summers, so graveside services were postponed until April.
