Sandra “Sandy” Louise Neely, 56, died November 28, 2022, at her home surrounded by loved ones. She was born on March 14, 1966, in Dodge City, Kansas, the daughter of Houston and Ruth Marie (Coghill) Burton.

She worked as a manager at Pizza Hut. She was very strong in her faith. Sandra was very selfless; she would go out of her way to help others. There were three thing she valued most in life; God, family, and work. She also loved pigs.

Sandra is survived by three children, Rachel (Steve) Heller of Meade, Kansas, Ryan (Shawna) Neely of Meade, Kansas, and Roxi Smith of Meade, Kansas; grandchildren, Tyrese Smith, James Neely, Rachelle Neely, Nathaniel Smith, Neveah Roybal, Ray Neely, and LaVonda “Lala” Fry; siblings, Larry (Laura) Burton of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Charlotte Wallace of Shelbina, Missouri, Rose (Greg) Sober of Ark City, Kansas, and Lorie Stout of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Ex-husband, Tom (Sue) Neely of Scott City, Kansas; sister-in-law, Melissa Brown (Charles Farrison) of Wichita, Kansas; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Houston and Ruth Marie Burton; and siblings, David and Samuel Burton.
