Glade resident, Carolyn Kaye Trammell passed away on Monday, September 4, 2023 at the Phillips County Hospital in Phillipsburg at the age of 72.
She was born June 25, 1951 in Phillipsburg, KS the daughter of Roy and Ruby (Holbrook) Wurtz.
Survivors include her sons Jonathan Jensen of Kirwin, Jimmie Lamb of Glade; a daughter Kristin Jensen of Pueblo, CO; and 23 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, September 9, 2023 in the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg, with Pastor Dave Pugh officiating. Burial will follow in the Marvin Cemetery, Glade, KS.
Carolyn will lie in state from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel with the family receiving friends from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday evening for visitation.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Carolyn Trammell Memorial Fund.
