Garden City- Toby Rosas, Jr. 71, died on March 29, 2024 at St Catherine Hospital in Garden City. He was born on August 23, 1952 at Post, Texas the son of Octaviano “Toby” & Simona (Bocanegra) Rosas.
Toby was a lifetime Garden City resident and was a maintenance supervisor at an apartment complex.
Graveside service will be at 2:00 PM Thursday at Valley View Cemetery in Garden City with Rev Jacob Schneider officiating. Garnand Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
