Jerry Kirk Liester, 64, of Hoxie, Kansas passed away March 15, 2023, at the Sheridan County Health Complex. Jerry was born March 23, 1958, to Clyde A. (Jr.) and Iola F. (McGuire) Liester in Hoxie, Kansas. Jerry lived most of his life in Hoxie and attended the Hoxie Schools graduating from Hoxie High School in 1976.
Jerry is survived by his brother, John Liester and wife Linda of Hoxie, Kansas; sisters, Julie Samuelson of Sharon Springs, Kansas and Karla Lucas of Hoxie, Kansas; daughter, Lindsey Daughtry and husband Patrick of Wellington, Kansas; granddaughter, Blair Daughtry; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde Jr. and Iola Liester; sons, Jason and Jeremy Liester; and brother-in-law, Dale Samuelson.
A Private Family inurnment is planned for a later date in the Hoxie City Cemetery.
