Trudy Lane Richardson, 76, passed away March 2, 2024, at Advena Living of Fountain View, Rose Hill, Kan. She was born July 7, 1947, to Earnest &amp; Alvera (Cook) Fischer.&nbsp;

A lifetime Great Bend resident, Trudy worked in the laundry department at both Larned State Hospital and Central Kansas Medical Center. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, bingo and animals, but especially loved to spend time with her friends and most importantly, family.&nbsp;

Survivors include a son, Chad Richardson and wife Patty of Great Bend; one grandson, Joshua Richardson, two great grandchildren, Lane and Thea Richardson; two step granddaughters, Danielle Wylot and Tabitha Cagle; and four step great grandchildren, Anna, Marcus, Mason and E.J. She was preceded in death by her parents; a grandson, Keifer Richardson; and two sisters, Lois Befort and Anna Kaiser.&nbsp;

There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place and services are pending at this time.&nbsp;
