Phillipsburg resident Fostine Kay Gardner passed away on December 
20, 2022, at the Phillipsburg Retirement Center at the age of 83.&nbsp;

She was born on December 21, 1938, in Centralia, Illinois, to her parents Carl "Gene" Britt and Helen "Iris" (Whitten) Britt.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Fostine was preceded in death by her parents, Gene and Iris Britt.&nbsp;

She was survived by her son, Bradford Parker of Phillipsburg, her two
 daughters, Kimberly Shields of Phillipsburg, and Loujena Cardenas of 
Hawthorne, Nevada, as well as 7 grandchildren and 14 great 
grandchildren.

A memorial service, officiated by Pastor David Manyara, will be held 
on Thursday, March 23, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at the United Methodist Church 
in Phillipsburg.&nbsp;
