Rowena Nadine Smith, 85, passed away December 24, 2023 in Larned, Kansas.

She was born June 27, 1938 in Glen Elder, Kansas the daughter of Walter and Gladys Wadell Smith. &nbsp;A longtime Wichita resident; she was a Licensed Practical Nurse.

She liked jigsaw puzzles, crossword puzzles, crocheting and knitting.

Survivors include; two sons, Michael Fanning, Wichita and Alvin Fanning, Bridgeport Connecticut; a daughter, Cris Garnett, Arizona; a brother, Lowell Smith, Groton, New York; two sisters, Paula Smith, Larned and Rose Smith, North Carolina and two grandchildren, Kylie Fanning and Gavin Fanning.

She was preceded in death by; her parents, and a sister, Lola Smith.
