January 14, 1956 - June 17, 2023

Ronald Duane LaFever, born January 14th, 1956, found eternal peace on June 17th, 2023.

Remembered in life by his adoring wife Barb LaFever, his loving children Robert (Gloria) LaFever, Michael (Felicia) Degley, Amanda Degley, Tasha Degley, Mathew (Rovahna) Degley, Samantha LaFever, Roquie Settlers, and Brian P. (Lilty) Lenyard, caring brother Greg (Brenda) LaFever, sweet niece Megan (Brett) Ebert, along with many other family and friends. Ron was also the very proud and doting Papa of his grandchildren Codty LaFever, Anastasia Hultner, Jasmine Salaam, Abel Dolderer, Sapheria Degley, Skie Degley, Zaliyah and Amari Jones, Roselynn, Faith, and Natalie Orta, Liam Degley, Tazari, MacKenzie, and Saniyah LaFever.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents Ron and Judy LaFever and brother Jeff.

Ron was considered the jack of all trades, yet master of none, and if you saw him outside he was probably wrenching on a car. Ron was a diehard family man and Green Bay Packers fan! Ron was tougher than titanium nails, but wouldn't hesitate to help someone in need. Ron thoroughly enjoyed fishing, camping, and traveling with his family. He was also a music enthusiast who attended LOTS of concerts and music festivals with Barb and kids. Ron was a carefree spirit, a spitfire, with a heart of gold. Anyone lucky enough to know him surely has lasting memories and stories to share. Ron was so loved and will be missed by many. Heaven gained one hell of an angel! Soar with the eagles.

Here's the speech from Tazari, Ronald's grandson: my Grandfather was a good man I always knew him as a sweet loving warm-hearted guy although we went through many difficult struggle's and had our differences he still pulled through and my Nana also know as my Grandmother helped him out to she would encourage him to stop smoking and I helped to they were always calling me a big helper and as smart as Albert Einstein god gave me that gift and I loved it but you know what god also gave me two loving warm-hearted sweet grandparents and they were always by my side they were My guardians they always protect me even when I was down they rose me up from the ashes and I will always love them for what they did. Love tazari lafever I wanna give all my family members a big thanks for reaching out and supporting them I love you guys so much More than anything else in the world love you amen.
