Joseph Hubert Dreiling, 60, died Monday May 27, 2024, at Kearny County Hospital in Lakin, Kansas. He was born November 18, 1963, in Garden City the son of Joseph and Janis (Breit) Dreiling.
Joseph, also known to many as Joey, lived majority of his life in the Deerfield area. He attended Deerfield schools and was in the National Guard from 1983 - 1987. Joey loved to hunt and fish.
Joseph is survived by his sisters Becky & husband Kim Norton of Iowa, Cathy Dreiling of Deerfield, Kansas; brothers Chris and wife Susan Dreiling of Deerfield, Kansas and Terry and wife Birgit Dreiling of Milford, Kansas; nieces Hailey Dreiling and Tracey Torres of Garden City, Kansas, Alyssa Cole of Florida, Taryn Cole of Utah, Courtney Norton of Iowa, Megan Simmoneau of Riley, Kansas, and Paula McEachern of Garden City, Kansas; nephews Andrew Norton of Holcomb, Kansas, Cameron Cole of Salina, Kansas, Shawn and Ethan Dreiling of Deerfield, Kansas. Great-nephews Joshua Dreiling, Jaxon Dreiling and Ricky Bailey Jr of Garden City, Kansas, Jordan Cole and Maxwell Richardson of Florida, Brady Arnold of Iowa, Tristan Simmoneau of Riley, Kansas, and Corey Cole of Utah. Great-nieces Jazmin Richardson of Florida and Kylie Arnold of Iowa, along with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.Joey adored his brother Terry and enjoyed spending time with him on the lake.
Joey was preceded in death by his parents Joseph A and Janis Dreiling, and sister Sheri Cole.
