Norma Jean Buller, Scott City

February 7, 1931 - November 19, 2023

Norma Jean Buller, age 92, passed away on Sunday, November 19, 2023, at the Scott County Hospital in Scott City, Kansas. She was born on February 7, 1931, in Verden, Oklahoma, the daughter of Leslie and Irene Nightengale Unruh.

In 1976 she moved to Malin, Oregon, and lived there until 2000 when they moved to Fountain, Colorado.  In 2013 she moved to Scott City, Kansas.

She was a loving homemaker, bookkeeper, and seamstress. 

On September 17, 1950, she married John L. Buller in Montezuma, Kansas. He passed away on December 3, 2021, in Scott City, Kansas.

Survivors include two sons - Sheldon & Kim Buller of Scott City, Kansas, Jay and Cheryl Buller of Malin, Oregon, daughter - Leslie and Stan Koehn of Scott City, Kansas, 12 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and eight great-great-grandchildren. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother, and stepbrother.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 25, 2023, at Price & Sons Funeral Home in Scott City, Kansas, with Pastor Don Williams presiding. 

Memorials can be written to the Park Lane Nursing Home in care of Price & Sons Funeral Home, P.O. Box 553, Scott City, Kansas, 67871.

Interment will be in the Scott County Cemetery in Scott City, Kansas.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday at Price & Sons Funeral Home, 401 S. Washington St., Scott City, Kansas.
