Sharon K. Walker, 85, loving mother and grandmother passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2024. Services will be Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at 2 pm at GracePointe Church, 3626 Ohio St., Augusta, KS 67010. Preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Luretta LaRue; former husband, Col Glenn McFadden; former husband, Donald Walker; 2 brothers; 2 sisters. Survived by her daughters, Connie S Munro of Wichita, Sherry (fiance, Harvey Gerster) Bruggeman of El Dorado Springs, MO; son, Lonnie Sarver of Ashland, KS; step-son, Patrick (Elaine Frangedakis) McFadden of Evanston, IL; step-daughter, Vicki Mitchell of Wichita; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; former husband, Larry (Marlene) Sarver of Natoma, KS. Sharon was cherished and known by her family and friends as caring, loving, and giving. Her children will forever remember every time they spoke with or saw her, she said "I have the best children in the world". Sharon adored and spoiled all her grandchildren. She loved working outside, always keeping her yard in immaculate order with beautiful plants and flowers. Sharon was dedicated to her church and served in any way possible.
