Jean Louise Dilcher, 49, passed away on April 23, 2023, in Oberlin, KS. She was born on June 25, 1973, in Batavia, NY to Richard and Pamela (Horine) Dilcher.
Jeannie grew up in Batavia, NY. As a young girl she loved to talk on the phone and play with her dog and 2 cats. As an adult she really loved to fish and had a couple of good spots at Norton Lake. She enjoyed being out in nature and watching all the animals. She also had a huge heart and would help anyone who needed it. In her spare time, she loved to read.
Jeannie is survived by her mother: Pamela Dilcher; sister: Tammie (William) Ribbeck of New York; niece: Katie Ribbeck of New York and many cousins all of New York. She was preceded by her father: Richard Dilcher, grandparents, aunts, and uncles.
Memorial services will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2023, at Pauls Funeral Home at 10:30AM. There will be a reception immediately following the service at Faith Lutheran Church.
