Annette Schoenthaler

Annette Schoenthaler, 82, of Wichita, Kansas, passed away on Friday, September 9, 2022 in Wichita. Annette was born the daughter of Clemens and Firmina Bittel on January 27, 1940, in Hays, Kansas. Annette and Robert Schoenthaler were united in marriage on April 18, 1959, in Ellis, Kansas. Annette was very active in charity work, especially in the Assistance League for Operation School Bell in Wichita. She enjoyed painting, animals, canning, cooking, attending musical performances and especially spending time with grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, grandson, Kyle Leach. Survivors include her children; Stephanie (Bruce) Leach, Robbie Jack, Jeff (Kam) Schoenthaler, brother; Steve (Vicki) Bittel, grandchildren; Rachel (Josh) Arnett, Vern Leach, Devin (Jordan) Jack, Brittaney Jack (DeWayne), Kelsie Jack (Kaden), Robert Schoenthaler, great-grandchildren; Cayden Arnett, Logan Arnett, Wyatt Jack, Savannah Jack and many extended family.

Visitation and Recitation of the Holy Rosary were  September 15, 2022 both at DeVorss Flanagan-Hunt Mortuary, 201 S. Hydraulic, Wichita, Kansas. Mass of Christian Burial was  Friday, September 16, 2022, at Saint Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 2701 S. Pattie, Wichita, Kansas. Burial was at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery, 600 W. Chicago Ave., Colwich, Kansas.
