Troy Joseph Dreiling, age 55 of Victoria, Kansas, passed away on Friday, November 25, 2022, at Hays Medical Center, Hays, Kansas.
He was born on July 6, 1967, at Hays, Kansas, to Julius J. and Darlene Marie (Brungardt) Dreiling.
Troy was a paint and body technician working at Lewis Paint and Collision and before that he worked at Paul McDonald Chevrolet. He grew up in Victoria and was a 1986 graduate of Victoria High School. During high school he worked at the Victoria Coke Plant. He was a member of The Basilica of St. Fidelis.
Survivors include his children, Chris Dreiling and wife, Katie, Victoria, KS; Tyler Dreiling, Victoria, KS; his granddaughter, Hollie Dreiling; his parents, Julius J. and Darlene Dreiling, Victoria, KS; his brother, Terence Dreiling, Hays, KS; his sisters, Debi Cline and husband, Kirk “Cookie”, Hays, KS; Deanna Dreiling, Hays, KS; Dori Smalley and husband, Keaton, Frontenac, KS; his former wife, Marcia Dreiling, Victoria, KS; and a number of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Thomas James Dreiling; his nephew, Garett Vincent Dreiling Stimpson; his grandparents, Dionysius P. and Mary (Paul) Dreiling; Ben and Ida (Meis) Brungardt.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at The Basilica of St. Fidelis, Victoria, Kansas with Father James Moster Officiating. Burial will be in St. Fidelis Cemetery Victoria, Kansas.
A vigil service and rosary will be held at 6:30 P.M. Tuesday, at Cline’s-Keithley Mortuary, 412 Main Street, Victoria, Kansas 67671.
Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, at Cline’s-Keithley Mortuary, Victoria, and from 9:00 to 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, at The Basilica of St. Fidelis.
