Joan Marie VanDegrift, 89, passed away on August 3, 2024, at her home in Ness City, Kansas. She was born on May 20, 1935, in Ransom, Kansas, the daughter of John and Anna Wasinger.
Funeral service will be on Thursday, August 8, 2024, 10:00 a.m., at the Sacred Heart Church, Ness City followed by burial in the Sacred Heart Cemetery. Parish Vigil will be held on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, at Fitzgerald Funeral Home beginning with a rosary at 6:30. Viewing will be at Fitzgerald Funeral Home on Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Sacred Heart School.
