Larry Lee Doty, 81, La Crosse, Kansas, passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at Medicalodge, Great Bend, Kansas.

Larry was born April 29, 1942, in Great Bend, Kansas. He was a resident of Rush County, Kansas, for 40+ years. He was the light plant supervisor for the city of La Crosse before his retirement.

Larry enjoyed electronics, he especially enjoyed repairing and tinkering with CB radios.

On September 11, 1971, he married Linda M. Bitter in Great Bend, Kansas.

Survivors include: his wife, Linda Doty, La Crosse, Kansas; one son, Eddie Doty, Kansas City, Missouri; one daughter, Tonya Doty, Salina, Kansas; five grandchildren; and one great- grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Mike Doty, and Carl Doty.

Per Larry’s wishes, the family has chosen cremation. No services will be held at this time.
