Gary E. Mulder

Rural Logan resident Gary E. Mulder passed away Thursday, March 16, 2023, at the Norton County Hospital, Norton, at the age of 80.

He was born August 28, 1942, in Norton, Kansas, the son of Ira and Hazel (Harper) Mulder.

Gary was united in marriage to Doris E. Stutterheim on August 28, 1965, in Prairie View, KS.

Survivors include his wife Doris; son Rex of Logan; daughters Deb Alexander and husband David of Logan and Kristy West and husband Steve of Prairie View; and 3 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 21, 2023, in the Prairie View Reformed Church, Prairie View, with Pastor Lew VanDerWege officiating.  The services will be streamed live on the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel Facebook page.  Burial will follow in the Prairie View Cemetery.

Mr. Mulder will lie in state from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday and again from noon until 9 p.m. Monday at the Logan Funeral Home, Logan, KS.  The family will receive friends for visitation Monday evening from 7 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. at the Logan Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Almena Fire Department or Hospice Services, Inc.
