Joshua James Stegman, 49, of Rockwall, Texas, passed away on May 25th. He was the son of Tony and Juanita Stegman, of Walker, Kansas. He was the oldest of three children. Joshua joined the United States Navy immediately after graduating from Victoria High School and traveled the world aboard the USS Seattle AOE-3. After his time in the Navy, Josh worked as lead service technician for Clayton Industries for over 26 years. He made lasting friendships with colleagues and customers alike. He made a lasting impact on everyone he met.
In 2007, Josh married the love of his life, Stacie, and together they raised their children, Zachary and Mackenzie. He was a wonderful father and grandfather to his granddaughter, Aubrey Grace. She lovingly called him Grumps. Josh loved spending time with his family, taking cruises with Stacie, swimming in his pool, and riding his beloved motorcycle. He will be forever missed by his parents, Tony and Juanita (Walker), his sister, Sarah (Hays), and his brother Jeremiah and wife Michelle (Wheatland, WY).
Funeral Services were held in Keller, TX on June 1. A Celebration of Life will be held in Hays at a later date for those who were unable to attend the funeral.
