Phillipsburg resident Guy "Nick" Earl Ortiz passed away on Friday, March 17, 2023, at the Phillips County Hospital at the age of 56.
Nick was born on November 20, 1966, son of Jose Ortiz and Peggy Winters.
He is preceded in death by his mother Peggy.
Nick is survived by his son Nicholas Ortiz of Phillipsburg, sister Sandra Molnar, and brothers Dan Wilfong of Plainfield, Connecticut, and Randy Ortiz of Connecticut.
Cremation was planned.
