LOGAN COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just before noon Friday in Logan County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2018 Chevy Cruz driven by Steffan Saviano, 39, Scottsdale, Arizona, was eastbound on U.S. 40 four miles west of Page City. The driver fell asleep.
The car traveled into the north ditch and struck several sign posts.
EMS transported Saviano to the Logan County Hospital. The KHP did not have seat belt usage details.
