KDHE: Just one small COVID cluster reported in western Kansas

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment reported just one COVID-19 cluster in western Kansas as of Wednesday. 

KDHE on Wednesday reported 239 active COVID clusters in the state, accounting for 7,081 cases, 84 hospitalizations and 70 deaths. 

The only western Kansas cluster identified by KDHE was Wallace County Community Care Center in Sharon Springs with five cases.

A cluster is defined as a location that has five or more cases of COVID-19 with symptom onset in the last 14 days.
