The Kansas Department of Health and Environment on Friday reported three new COVID-19 cases had been identified in Ellis County in the last week.
KDHE now reports updated case numbers weekly on Fridays.

On March 30, the Kansas Hospital Association reported 54 percent of eligible Ellis County residents (5 and older) are considered fully vaccinated — a figure that has remained constant for several weeks.
Since reporting began, there have been 7,136 cases of COVID-19 identified in Ellis County, including 79 coronavirus-related deaths as of April 1. KDHE also discontinued county-by-county death totals as of Friday.
