The Kansas Department of Health and Environment on Wednesday reported 9 new COVID-19 cases had been identified in Ellis County from May 14 to May 20.
KDHE now reports updated case numbers weekly on Wednesdays.

Since reporting began, there have been 7,177 cases of COVID-19 identified in Ellis County, including 79 coronavirus-related deaths as of April 1. KDHE has also discontinued county-by-county death totals.
