The public is invited to a visioning session for Kansas’ Person-Centered Transformation.

This regional event through the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services (KDADS) and the LifeCourse Nexus will be held in Hays on April 16 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Schmidt Gallery at the Hays Public Library, 1205 Main Street.

The event focuses on envisioning the future of person-centered services in Kansas, collaborating with others, and helping shape meaningful change in Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) for all waivers.

This is an opportunity for attendees to share their vision and help shape the future of person-centered support in Kansas.  Attendees will learn about person-centered thinking and practices, as well as for community leaders, providers, self-advocacy groups, individuals, and families to connect, and share experiences.

Registration is limited and required. There is no cost to attend.  To register go to https://bit.ly/3F4mlK6.  Lunch will be provided.   If you have questions regarding the event, contact Kayla McCollum at [email protected].
