The Kansas Department of Health and Environment on Friday reported 12 new COVID-19 cases in Ellis County had been identified since Wednesday.&nbsp;

As of Friday, the University of Kansas Health System reported 10 COVID-19 inpatients at HaysMed.

Since reporting began, there have been 3,860 cases of COVID-19 identified in Ellis County, including 73 coronavirus-related deaths.
