PHILLIPS COUNTY — The Phillips County Economic Development Board voted to increase funding for commercial properties as well as residential through the Demolition Assistance Program.

The program is now able to assist you with the removal of commercial buildings that are no longer of service to the community and cannot be rehabilitated.
