The reconstruction of 22nd Street between Allen and 
Vine Street begins Tuesday. &nbsp;This project replaces the 
pavement and select areas of curb and gutter. &nbsp;As such, 22nd Street will
 be closed to through traffic for approximately six weeks.&nbsp;
